Key Responsibilities:
Digital Infrastructure Management:
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of digital infrastructure projects, Loyalty Programs, website enhancements, CRM implementation, and marketing automation.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools and platforms with existing systems.
  • Monitor the performance and security of digital assets, ensuring they meet industry standards and support business goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party service providers to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Strategic Marketing Initiatives:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives and target markets.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new strategic offerings and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Track and measure the success of marketing initiatives using data analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
B2B eCommerce Management:
  • Oversee the B2B eCommerce platform, ensuring it meets customer needs and supports business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, improve user experience, and enhance customer engagement on the eCommerce platform.
  • Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to optimize the eCommerce experience, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and order fulfilment.
  • Analyze eCommerce performance metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to improve site functionality and increase conversion rates.
Technical Expertise:
  • Serve as the technical lead within the marketing team, providing guidance on digital marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and eCommerce technologies.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and digital marketing trends, advising the team on best practices and potential opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns, eCommerce activities, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards in all digital marketing and eCommerce activities.
Project Management:
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, reporting progress to senior management as required.
  • Lead project teams, assigning tasks, managing resources, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications in digital marketing or project management is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital infrastructure, strategic marketing, and B2B eCommerce.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, eCommerce technologies, and data analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in managing complex digital projects from concept to completion.
