Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation

• Develop visually compelling designs for multiple platforms,
including:
    ⁃ Digital media: social media, websites, email campaigns, and
online advertisements.
    ⁃ Print media: brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and
other marketing materials.
• Create branding assets, such as logos, templates, and style guides,
to maintain a consistent brand identity.
• Conceptualize and execute designs for events, exhibitions, and
trade shows, including banners, backdrops, promotional materials,
and display videos.
• Maintain and organize a library of design assets, templates, and
project files for future use.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions
promptly to meet project deadlines.

Collaboration & Project Execution
• Work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to
understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Serve as a creative resource for brainstorming and idea generation
for campaigns and projects.
• Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure accurate
and timely production of printed materials.

Motion Graphics & Video Editing
• Design and edit motion graphics and videos for use across digital
channels.
• Enhance brand storytelling through visually engaging multimedia
content.

File & Asset Management
• Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring accessibility and
version control.
• Update and optimize design files for use across various formats and
platforms.

 
Qualifications

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience:
• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong
portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,
After Effects).
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software, such as
Premiere Pro.
Skills & Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
principles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality
designs.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
