Job Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Plan Execution

•    Execute comprehensive marketing strategies, both traditional and digital, to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
•    Develop and manage comprehensive annual marketing calendars and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for different markets.
•    Monitor and follow up on the execution of marketing plans, adapting strategies as necessary to meet market needs and objectives.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.

Traditional and Digital Marketing

•    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, incorporating both traditional and digital channels.
•    Manage social media campaigns, Google Ads, and other online advertising platforms to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Events and Activations

•    Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, events and activations to enhance brand awareness and engage target audiences.
•    Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events.
•    Evaluate the success of events through post-event analysis and feedback mechanisms.

CRM & Marketing Automation Management

•    Implement and manage the CRM system to enhance customer relationships, streamline communication, and maximize customer lifetime value.
•    Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalized marketing initiatives.
•    Work closely with sales teams to align CRM strategies with sales objectives.

B2B Marketing & Lead Generation

•    Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to target and acquire business clients.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the B2B sector.
•    Create compelling marketing collateral and presentations tailored for B2B audiences.
•    Implement lead generation strategies to identify and nurture potential customers.
•    Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to conversion.
•    Analyze lead data to optimize lead generation campaigns and improve conversion rates.

Reporting and Analysis

•    Regularly report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
•    Analyze marketing data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
 
Qualification

•    Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or a related field.
•    Proven 5-8 years’ experience in marketing, with a focus on both traditional and digital channels.
•    Familiarity with social media platforms, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
•    Strong understanding of CRM systems, Marketing Automation and their implementation.
•    Experience in planning and executing successful events and activations.
•    Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
•    Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
