Key Responsibilities:

Campaign & Project Coordination
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and
events.
• Coordinate logistics for events, exhibitions, and promotional activities,
ensuring timely delivery of materials and display items.
Social Media Management:
• Schedule and publish posts on social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram,
LinkedIn).
• Monitor channels, respond to comments/messages, and flag key
interactions.
• Research trends and suggest content ideas.
Content & Collateral Management
• Assist in developing and distributing marketing materials, including
brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
• Monitor inventory allocations for marketing materials and coordinate
timely replenishment to ensure availability.
• Maintain consistency by ensuring all marketing efforts align with brand
guidelines.

Vendor & Financial Operations
• Serve as a liaison with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and
accurate delivery of services and materials.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports efficiently to
support financial operations within the department.
• Monitor departmental budgets and expenditures, providing regular
updates and summaries to the manager.

File & Asset Organization
• Manage and organize departmental files, digital assets, and records for
easy accessibility and compliance.

Administrative Support
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring seamless
execution of projects and operational efficiency.
• Monitor customer invoices and assist with billing coordination as needed.
 
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related
field.

Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.
• Familiarity with social media management, email marketing tools, and
basic design software is a plus.

Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial tracking tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
